Gotta love the Brewers staff. Do you see them suprising the Central and making a run the division?

Can they really be classed as a surprise at this point? Looking at the numbers, the Brewers project to 82-88 wins, and they're a popular choice to win the Central. They're certainly a good story, considering where they were three years ago. But a surprise? Not any more.

I would take the field over the Cardinals, but yes, if I have to take one team, it probaby will be them. A lot of history on their side.

Will A.Reyes and A.Wainwright outpitch J.Suppan and J.Weaver this year?

ROB NEYER
I don't know if I'd go that far. But whoever else is in the rotation will outpitch Mulder and Marquis, which is at least as important.

What's up with the negative on Mulder?

He'll be wrong too, when Mulder comes back strong
and pitches his heart out and shakes up the
opponents.

I think mulder will pitch better than mulder.
What Neyer is pointing out is that his ERA was over 7.00 and Marquis' was over 6.00 for about 300 innings pitched last season, and any of our current pitchers should do better than that... even Looper.
