i think strikeouts for a hitter is an overanalyzed stat and not that important if a player is productive. but holy crap joe d's low k totals are just insane.

Another weird Joe DiMaggio stat is that he was among the top 4 in triples 8 times during his career, yet he only stole 30 bases.
