I think it'll go to the 10th but no further. If I remember correctly the managers agree to this before the game?

I think it basically depends on how many guys they have on the roster. I always thought they went until they ran out of pitchers.

its whatever the mangers agree on. They play at least one, but if they run out of pitching...etc
