Ah. Well... I attended Juilliard... I'm a graduate of the Harvard business school. I travel quite extensively. I lived through the Black Plague and had a pretty good time during that. I've seen the EXORCIST ABOUT A HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SEVEN TIMES, AND IT KEEPS GETTING FUNNIER EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE IT... NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT YOU'RE TALKING TO A DEAD GUY... I have a neighbor who is a Satanist and once watched him use a Ouija board. Spooky, but I don't believe for a minute that Ouija boards are real. He's also a Republican and a libertarian, not quite sure how Satan fits in with that.

For all practical purposes, Anton LaVey's ideas are pretty much about individual self-empowerment with a bunch of mumbo-jumbo thrown in, so it doesn't surprise me at all that your neighbor is a libertarian. Accordingly to Wikipedia, LaVey melded together ideas from Nietzsche, Ayn Rand, Jack London, H. L. Mencken and others.

I'm bumping this for fun. Years ago, like 20 years ago I worked in this office and would occasionally hear someone whistle "Camp town races." There were times when I'd be the only person there and even once or twice I went outside assuming it was the mailman or someone else. Never found the culprit. Now I do know for a fact the guy who owned the business that was there decades ago died in his office at the ripe old age of 95.

Flash forward to today and I was at a dinner with my old boss from that office and a few other people and for some reason "Camp Town Races" came up and my old boss who is the grand daughter of that old man I talked about said "oh grandpa Pete's favorite song was Camp town races. That made the hair stand up on my arms. lol

I did not bring up the whistling because well it would have just been weird probably. Still it's a little interesting that the guy died in that office and I would occasionally here his favorite song being whistled.
