I have no memory of getting this wad of Griffeys. May have come from my uncle as a gift in those teen years Kurt Cobain (and he was dead, for crying out loud) said I couldn’t like baseball. Are they fake?

something I found posted on another forum. Seeing Coleman and Willie in their prime is great. Andy Van Slyke before another dumb Cardinal trade. Pete Rose too.

I said this either when the Cards were rumored to be looking into a trade for him or right after, but I had seen a couple interviews with him as a Rockie and he just came across (to me) as not too bright. I'm sure he's baseball smart, but outside of that... eh... I don't know...
