Today I discovered there's a worse party foul than bringing an acoustic guitar to a party. For some reason someone decided to bring in a keyboard to the department holiday party. Very career limiting if you ask me.

Glad we finally got fall in December. All the snow was gone today so I got my Viper out for a drive. I'm going to drive it all week because 50s in December is awesome. I bet we will have to pay the piper in January though.

If you took one of each breed of dog and then, over hundreds of generations, randomly bred them - would you have one consistent type of 'dog' at the end or would there be a continuing, random diversity of traits throughout the population?

Not sure where else to put this but it is random so where it goes. I was bored on Sunday and signed up to deliver for Postmates and Lyft. The background check is still pending on Lyft so I haven't had a chance to do that yet but I did do one delivery for Postmates last night. It was OK. Took a little less than half an hour overall and I made about $7.50 after tip on it. I turned on the app when I got to my car in the parking lot at work and the first delivery that came up was from Tin Roof downtown to South City right by where I was planning on going anyway so it worked out great. I had plans for the evening so I went offline after the one delivery. I don't think I really want to deal with the food thing even when I am bored. Lyft or Uber sound much more interesting to me.

This weather is nuts. It's coldish today. warming up the next two days. Heavy rain forecasted, then ice, then snow, then 50s next week.
