I like the box, but the rest is definitely overkill. We don’t need to know how many feet the runner is leading

Also Flaherty is good. Wainwright is going to have a hard time getting his spot back if he is out lol ng

With the way teams play the shift on D vs. Matt Carpenter, I never thought of him as such a pull hitter.......but the more I think about it, it does seem rare that he hits to opposite field, doesn't it?

Generally if he hits it the other way I would say; and this is not scientific by any means; he tends to hit it deep. If he hits it on the infield he tends to pull it; which is why the shift is effective.st.lewis11 wrote:With the way teams play the shift on D vs. Matt Carpenter, I never thought of him as such a pull hitter.......but the more I think about it, it does seem rare that he hits to opposite field, doesn't it?

Flaherty should have one of the best sliders in baseball, believe it or not. Rated out excellent last year. He is showing it off tonight.

That slider wasn't even one of his best tonight but very effective

Why does it seem like Thames is always up?

There will be a two minute timeout while MLB drug tests Thames
