They’d trade for the bad contracts then because they could be used as a tax writeoff for Dewitt.Hoot45 wrote:See all those capital gains taxes we avoided by not making any trades at the deadline last year? A brilliant act of efficiency. In fact I think we should be allowed to deduct Oh and Rosie's crap as long term losses. Accountants know it's not always bad having a few losers on your books if you are trying to minimize your tax liabilities!

Hmmm... celebrating Independence Day with a quote from the Constitution, not the Declaration of Independence. The lengths to which they’ll pander.

Yup. And it continues to reinforce why there were no good offers for Lynn at the deadline.Magneto2.0 wrote:Coming back from TJ with a FIP nearing 5.00 should be the answer for himcardsfantx wrote:4/60

Does Yahoo actually do any of their own stuff anymore anyway? I try to avoid ever clicking on anything from them because every time I do, I read the first paragraph or two and then I have to click a link to read the rest of the story and it just takes me to the source. I don't think they do anything other than aggregate articles and profit off of the advertising anymore. And provide a fantasy platform. I guess they probably still do have people who actually write their own fantasy pieces. I haven't done a fantasy league since the Rams left though so I can't even be sure of that.Jocephus wrote:does mlb pay yahoo to tweet merchandise all day?
