I had a Bourbon tonight. When I poured it I looked at it and decided it might need something else. So I poured some more bourbon into it and then drank it.

I don't always drink bourbon, but when I do it's usually Maker's Mark.

Muddled orange segments and kiddie cocktail cherries are the worst.
Luxardo cherries are delicious. Now get a cheap
y-shaped vegetable peeler for your orange peel so you're just taking the very outer part, the skin and the zest, not the white stuff (the pith). This goes for lemon twists as well.
