I just picked up a 30 pack of Busch Light for like $17. About $17/30 per beer. It's pretty good.
And you'll have to drink that entire 30 and take 10 nasty sh!ts before you can stir up the Michael Sam Dungy thread.
No, I think I'm going to take a [expletive] then go to bed. The MSTDT is doing fine without me.

FTR, I didn't care for the house beers at Trader Joes before giving it another try with this Vienna style. But I could take this beer, mix it with equal parts water and be at same price point and better taste than Busch Light.

I'm not going to lie. That sounds made up. 60% of the time it works everytime.

I went to a beer festival this weekend. Craft beer really is a sub-culture of its own. Saw lots of beards and thick glasses. Lots of hot chicks, too. Oh, and some pretty damn good beer.

False accusation.

Dogfish Head Punkin and 21st Amendment's He Said He Said are great pumpkin/spice beers.

Lagunitas Sucks Is America's Finest Quart Of Beer

http://theconcourse.deadspin.com/laguni ... obharvilla
I can't think of any others worth mentioning. I know those silly crowlers are starting to spread, and I've got a couple of 32-ounce growlers that I refill at local breweries, but I'm more concerned with things you can buy at a standard retail beer store. Near as I can tell, Lagunitas Sucks is the only readily available, high-quality beer sold in regular old glass quart bottles.
I generally like what Lagunitas makes. I know some folks just don't like the hop crazed west coast ales though.

So few beers are sold in quarts that being the "best quart" is like being the tallest dwarf. It's kind of cheeky and fun that Lagunitas makes those, goes well with their reputation for irreverence.

West coast IPAs have become so ubiquitous, I wonder: what is everyone's favorite West Coast IPA? If you had to rank the following, where would you put them?
Firestone Walker Union Jack
Deschutes Mirror Pond
Ballast Point Sculpin
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
Lagunitas Sucks
Green Flash IPA
Stone IPA
Bear Republic Racer 5

That's the order I'd take them in. Union Jack is a favorite. I really liked the Easy Jack session IPA they did this summer. They're bringing it back next summer and when they do it is coming out of being seasonal and going into their year-round program.

I wouldn't classify either Mirror Pond or Sierra Nevada as IPAs.
