Just got to the Walking Dead season premiere - best single episode they've ever had. Can't tell if the characters actually were more defined - it felt that way - or if they just didn't have much opportunity to seem undefined. Hope they keep it up.

Tom: Oh my god, Jerry, when you check your email you go to Altavista and type, ‘Please go to yahoo.com?’
Jerry: How else would I do it?

I work with a lady who goes to yahoo.com, then types "google" to go to google.com. I asked her if she knew what the google toolbar in the upper right was for. She said yes. I asked her why she went to yahoo and then searched for google and then searched when she could just enter it into the tool bar at the top. "That's who I've always done it."MrSaigon wrote:Tom: Oh my god, Jerry, when you check your email you go to Altavista and type, ‘Please go to yahoo.com?’

My wife absolutely will not use tabbed browsing. I've shown her how to do it. She still keeps opening lots of new windows.

On an uptick note, Dexter is surprisingly very good this season. It is actually better than the initial four episodes of both season two and four so far.

"Dexter" is having a surprising rebound from the disaster of season 6, yes.
My guess that Greene would take the fall for the Bay Harbor Butcher murders didn't work out, though.

I agree on Dexter. The whole thing with La Guerta - yet another cop almost on Dexter's heels - is lame though. I hate to say it but they should just can her character. They haven't known what to do with her after Season 1.

Yeah, another local cop on his heels is lame. The entire Deb dynamic is being done really well so far. Slowly, but surely, she's coming to grips w/ Dex, and accepting it(despite her last comments this week).ghostrunner wrote:I agree on Dexter. And that dude w/ the Vikings horn and axe, was crazy!
