Lockout ending still not on the horizon. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh
In good news: Donnie Avery ran a 4.34 at an informal practice a few weeks ago, now a 4.40, clocked speed was after a week of lower body workouts. Looks like the ACL surgery isn't going to harm his speed that much, definitely good news. Sounds like he still retains the quick acceleration too which makes him faster than Danario.

I like how ESPN is reporting the rookie wage scale as some massive accomplishment on the step towards a new deal. Two groups bargaining away the rights of other people to get more money for themselves, I can see why that took such selfless compromise...

What needs to be worked into this is future healthcare and an escrow fund to pay for stadium upkeep and renovation. Get the [expletive] off the public teat you rich bastards.

Owners vote to end the lockout 31-0 (Raiders abstained for whatever reason). The NFL's also canceled the Hall of Fame game for the Rams and Bears.

Probably because Al likes being a complete ass.
And to think, for two years I was sure he was (another word for breasts) up.

Derrick Locke to the Rams.
Remember, these signings aren't official yet.

Undrafted free agent signings are. Locke is a nice pickup. It shouldn't be the be-all, end-all for backup RBs but he seems to be worth a roster spot.
