Jessica Cross, Ben Markeson and Jonathan "Keith" McHenry were arrested June 1 during a feeding of the homeless at Lake Eola Park in downtown Orlando.

Members of Orlando Food Not Bombs were arrested Wednesday when police said they violated a city ordinance by feeding the homeless in Lake Eola Park.

I guess food isn't considered speech.

Is it illegal to feed homeless people? Pretty often I'll hand off my left overs after eating at a restaurant to a homeless person.

It's more that they were making the homeless people jump in the air to snatch it out of their hands using their mouths.
